Terms of sale

The plans described below are subscribed to from the Subscription page, after confirming a summary that shows the exact price of your selection.

Payment is operated by Stripe Managed Payments, the official seller (“Merchant of Record”) solution of the Stripe group: on the payment page, the receipt and the bank statement, the purchase appears as sold through Link, a Stripe service. The Stripe group company named on the payment page collects the price, calculates and remits the applicable VAT, and issues the receipt and invoice; the publisher provides the service. The amount charged is that of the summary calculated by our servers, shown including all taxes on the payment page.

The service is structured in three functional levels, already applied by the product:

• Discovery — the full history analysis, the number Inspector, the grid Analyzer, the Composition Studio (rules combined with “and”), generation and the Reducer at their first capacity.
• Pro — everything in Discovery, plus the Panorama, the Verifier, associations between numbers, the Studio’s “or” alternatives, copies and printing, and higher capacities.
• Expert — everything in Pro, plus statistical Backtesting, Momentum, number comparison, a Studio with no family limit and maximum capacities.

No level unlocks a game: all three see the same catalogue. What a level changes is the tools and their power, never the list of games.

An administrator level exists: it is internal, not sold, and excluded from any sale.

What has been decided: three paid plans — Discovery, Pro and Expert, shown “from” their entry price per game; the exact price of your selection is calculated and shown before any payment. The subscription is monthly, with no minimum term and no commitment, and is built game by game, freely, from the 8 commercial games: the first game is at the plan’s full price, each additional game gets a fixed discount in euros specific to the plan; Amigo, if chosen, is always the main game, at full price. No bundles and no imposed games. The 1-Draw Pass is a separate one-off purchase — one game, one identified draw from the official schedule, 25 VSP Units and the Discovery capabilities until that draw closes, with no renewal — and not a fourth level. The amounts are those of the published price list, shown on the home page, the Plans page and in the subscription flow.

The subscription is monthly. Each subscribed game includes, per week (seven days anchored on the date and time of subscription, in the time zone of the game’s official schedule), an allowance of VSP Units specific to that game: 55 / 110 / 215 units depending on the plan (Discovery / Pro / Expert), the same for every game. Analysing, composing, comparing, computing and re-reading a lot already delivered use no units; one grid delivered in a new production counts as one unit, improvements and variants included. A VSP Unit is neither a currency nor a means of payment: it cannot be converted into money and cannot be transferred to another game or another account.

Limits. A Generator lot contains at most 25 / 50 / 100 grids, a Reducer system 50 / 100 / 200 grids; the library keeps 5 / 10 / 15 systems per game. Every lot delivered is kept on our servers and remains available from your account.

Expiry. Unused units expire at the end of their week: no carry-over, no accumulation, no retroactive allocation for a past week. When the subscription actually ends, any unused balance expires. No freezing and no restoration on a later subscription. The quantities are those shown in “My account” and in “How do my VSP Units work?”, from a single authority.

The service does not alter the draw and makes no individual combination intrinsically more likely. Playing more distinct combinations mechanically increases the total coverage, with a higher real stake.

Certain sensitive actions, in particular revealing and finalising new grids, require strong authentication: a passkey-compatible device (for example Windows Hello, Touch ID, Face ID or a compatible smartphone) or the alternative authentication method offered by the service. It is not requested every time, only for operations that commit your account or your VSP Units. Your device’s compatibility can be tested free of charge before any subscription.

Visionary Stats Pro sells access to an analysis tool. It sells neither grids, nor tips, nor entries into a game.

The analyses cover the draw history: they are descriptive and retrospective, never predictive. No plan will include any promise of results, promise of winnings or guaranteed prediction — see article 4 of the terms of use.

A consumer who concludes a distance contract for the supply of digital content has the rights provided for by the French Consumer Code, in particular the fourteen-day right of withdrawal and its statutory exceptions.

Where access begins before the end of that period, the right of withdrawal is only lost if the consumer has expressly requested it and acknowledged waiving it, by an act separate from accepting the terms and paying (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code); otherwise, it is retained.

Before payment, two separate boxes, unticked by default, are presented to you: acceptance of these terms, then the express request for immediate access to the service before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period, acknowledging that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as this access is provided. Without both acts, no payment is opened. A receipt of this consent (text, version, date, purchase concerned) is kept with your order and appears in your data export.

Waiving withdrawal is not waiving conformity: you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

In addition to these rights, the publisher has a purchase refunded in full when the paid access could not be opened, when it does not match the plan purchased, or when it remains unavailable through our fault and is not restored within a reasonable time after you report it. A Pass charged when its draw had already closed, or alongside an active subscription, is refunded automatically. The refund is made by Stripe, to the payment method used; refunding the current period ends the subscription and the access. The subscription has no minimum term: you can stop its renewal at any time. Access remains active until the end of the period already paid; no further instalment is then charged.

Any subscription taken out electronically must be cancellable electronically, by means of a free, direct and easily accessible feature, in accordance with article L215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code.

From My account, “Cancel the subscription” stops renewal in two clicks, free of charge and without justification; access remains open until the end of the period already paid, and “Resume the subscription” undoes the cancellation while that period runs. Payment method, receipts and invoices are available from My account (Stripe portal).

Plan changes: moving up a plan or adding a game applies immediately; the prorated supplement, calculated by Stripe, is shown before confirmation and charged at once. Moving down a plan or removing a game takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no partial refund.

If a monthly payment fails, access is suspended until it is settled, which you can do from My account; Stripe may retry and informs you by e-mail. Without settlement, the subscription ends.

In accordance with articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may refer a dispute, free of charge, to the consumer mediator to which the publisher belongs: Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice (CM2C), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France. Mediation is free of charge for the consumer.

The mediator may only be approached after an attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the publisher, by a written complaint (article L612-2) — see the Contact page.

The terms of sale will be governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory protective provisions of the consumer’s country of residence within the European Union.
