Terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of Visionary Stats Pro, a software platform for statistical, probabilistic and combinatorial analysis applied in particular to the historical data of draw games.

Using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Visionary Stats Pro makes it possible, in particular, to:

• view and analyse published draw histories;
• compute frequencies, gaps and distributions;
• compare periods and produce indicators;
• set structural constraints and ranking preferences;
• generate combinations that satisfy those constraints;
• build lots and combinatorial coverage systems;
• check, reduce and replay selections on the history.

Visionary Stats Pro is not a gaming operator and plays no part, at any time, in a game entry.

• it organises no draw and is not a lottery;
• it collects no stakes and holds no stakes;
• it sells, buys and records no tickets;
• it validates no entries;
• it neither determines nor pays any winnings;
• it does not take the place of any operator.

Any actual entry into a game is exclusively a matter for the operator concerned, under its responsibility and according to its own rules.

No feature of the service predicts a draw result, and no promise of winnings is made.

All admissible grids of a game in which every outcome is equally likely have the same probability. No filter, score or constraint offered by the service changes that probability.

When the service uses the word “optimised”, it always refers to a measurable, stated criterion — coverage of a range, diversity of a lot, compliance with a distribution — never to a chance of winning.

When it uses the word “guarantee”, it refers exclusively to a combinatorial property that can be demonstrated by enumeration and is always conditional. A combinatorial guarantee is never a guarantee of winnings.

The service applies the rules you set: a mandatory rule removes the grids that do not satisfy it, a preference ranks the remaining grids without removing any. The number of grids that satisfy your rules is computed exactly, and the computation is deterministic: same data, same settings, same result.

Its computation commitments are described in the Methodology.

The public pages can be viewed freely. The workspace requires a personal account — sign-in with Google, or with an e-mail address and password — and active access (subscription or 1-Draw Pass). You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for the actions carried out from your account; sensitive actions require strong confirmation.

The service is offered at access levels — Discovery, Pro and Expert — which determine the features available. An administrator level exists, strictly internal, not sold, and reserved for product control.

Your work — strategies, drafts, preferences, Analyzer collection — is saved in your browser; clearing the site’s data deletes it permanently. Computations are run by the service’s server from what you submit to it. The server keeps what your access requires: your entitlement, your VSP Units, your revealed lots, your session and your trusted devices.

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

The following are prohibited in particular:

• presenting the service’s results as a prediction, a guarantee of winnings or financial advice;
• reselling, mass-redistributing or republishing the service’s content, lots or exports;
• mass-extracting the data or the interface, in particular by any unauthorised automated means;
• reproducing the interface or building a competing service from it;
• disrupting the operation of the service, circumventing its access limits or its security measures;
• using the service for an unlawful purpose, or where the law applicable to you does not allow it.

Gambling involves risks. A statistical tool does not remove them and must never be used as a reason to exceed a budget.

The service is reserved for adults allowed to gamble under the law applicable to them. See the Responsible gaming page.

The service, its interfaces, layouts, texts and components are protected. No transfer of rights is granted merely by use. The results you produce for your personal use belong to you.

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. Interruptions for maintenance, correction or development may occur. Features may change; substantial changes to these terms are published on this page, with its review date.

You remain solely responsible for your gaming decisions, your budget and the use you make of the analyses produced.

The publisher cannot be held liable for losses related to taking part in a game of chance, for an error in a history published by an operator, or for use of the service contrary to these terms. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain applicable.

The publisher may suspend access in the event of a clear breach of these terms, in particular in the event of a prohibited use within the meaning of article 8. You may stop using the service at any time: from My account, you delete your account and its server data; your browser’s data is cleared from the browser itself.

Consumer mediation — the designated mediator, free of charge for the consumer, conditions for referral — is described in the terms of sale, § 6.
