Methodology: grid generator, lottery wheeling and backtesting

Everything Visionary Stats Pro displays is the result of an explicit computation applied to past draws and to the criteria you chose: every figure can be checked and traced.

The computation is deterministic: the same data and the same settings produce the same result, today as in six months.

When the software announces how many grids satisfy your rules, that number is exact: neither sampled nor estimated by simulation. You know how much each rule actually narrowed the field of possibilities, and that number does not depend on the size of the lot requested.

A mandatory rule removes the grids that do not satisfy it, without exception. A preference, by contrast, ranks the remaining grids without removing any: it never brings back a removed grid and never changes the count. Every grid delivered satisfies every rule, and the summary shows how each preference was met. These properties are checked by automated tests at every change to the software.

A generated lot no longer changes. The verifier, the reducer, backtesting and export re-read exactly the same grids. Changing a setting never silently changes what has already been produced.

The Reducer is the Visionary Stats Pro lottery wheeling system: from a pool of numbers, it reduces the number of combinations to play and builds a lot carrying a provable property: if the winning numbers are among those you selected, at least one grid contains a given number of them. Each configuration is checked independently before being displayed. This property is conditional and purely combinatorial (see Statistics and chance and lottery wheeling).

Visionary Stats Pro does not claim to guess a draw, and uses no artificial intelligence to do so: its results are counts and properties you can check. No model, however advanced, can predict a fair random draw.

• No computation changes the probability of a grid: they all remain equally likely.
• Backtesting describes what a method would have produced on past draws; it is not an estimate of future performance.
